SCREEN PRINTING

The screen printing process involves creating a screen, and then using that screen to apply ink onto a garment. Colors are then consecutively applied using several different screens. Designs with more colors require more screens and are more labor intensive. Several factors in screen printing will impact the delivery time and price for your order:

Colors The more colors included in a print will increase the amount of screens used and therefore the cost. The fewer the colors, the cheaper the final product will be.

Locations Printed With each additional location a print requires, the more labor and setup required, and further customizations such as numbers can add to the price.

HEAT SEAL
